A revolutionary high performance low emissivity (Low E) glass, Planitherm Total 1.3 benifits from the latest advancements in soft coat technology from Saint-Gobain Glass to offer enhanced thermal insulation, a remarkably neutral appearance and exceptional clarity. Product Range

The versatility of the SGG PLANITHERM TOTAL 1.3 coating and the wide range of complimentary products available from Saint-Gobain Glass permit a multitude of possiblilities for high perfomance, multi-functional double glazing solutions;

Toughend Glass-

SGG PLANITHERM TOTAL 1.3 is the first soft coat low-E glass that can be used as a single version in both annealed and toughened form.
Critically, once toughened the coating retains the same technical characteristics and aesthetic qualities. For applications requiring safety glass SGG PLANITHERM TOTAL 1.3 can be readily toughened to meet the requirments of BS EN 12150.

Laminated Glass-

SGG PLANITHERM TOTAL 1.3 is available as SGG STADIP and SGG STADIP PROJECT laminated glass in most common configurations. Laminated glass offers safety and security performance as well as UV filtration.
The resultant microscopically thin and transparent metallic coating very effictively reflects long-wave heat radiation back into a room, thereby retaining heat within a building, while maximising natural light transmission through the glass.

Solar Control Glazing-

The SGG COOL-LITE family presents an extensive range of solar control solutions, designed to reduce solar heat gain, thereby reducing reliance on ventilation and air conditioning systems. In particular, the toughenable SGG COOL-LIT ST combined with SGG PLANITHERM TOTAL 1.3 provides an ideal solution for conservatory roof applications.

Low-maintenance Glazing-

SGG BIOCLEAN can be combined with SGG PLANITHERM TOTAL 1.3 to add effective self-cleaning properties to a double glazed unit. Thios product combination offers a significantly more neutral and less reflectve solution compared to equivalent products currently available on the market.

Acoustic Insulation Glazing-

SGG STADIP SILENCE is an acoustic PVB laminated glass which noticeably reduces noise while also offering the same safety and security characteristics of laminated glass. It presents an ideal compliment to SGG PLANITHERM TOTAL 1.3 in double-glazed conservatory roofs, for example.



	Created using a patented colour suppression process, Low-E Glass is one of the most colour-neutral Low-E glass products on the market today. Low-E Glass offers a clean crisp slightly blue tinted alternative giving you clear, crisp vision to the outside world.
