Our Liniar window and door system has gained the ‘Secured by Design’ status by The Association of Chief Police Officers and is also ISO9001 quality assured.

Liniar chamfered 70mm frame

The 70mm window benefits from a chamfered profile to both sides of the system – the system now comes complete with our NRG “A” energy rating and Platinum NRG Plus offering making them the most efficient windows in their class. As an option the internal beads are interchangeable to the sculptured beading for that different look to the inside elevation and there are over 10 choices of handle colours to compliment your individual rooms. All locks come as standard with bi-directional shoot-bolt locking, compliant with latest BS7950 testing. The system is also internally glazed which prevents intruders removing glass units from outside.

The 70mm Window benefits from an sculptured profile to both sides of the system – this system also comes complete with our NRG “A” energy rating and Platinum NRG Plus offering making it equally as efficient as our chamfered range. High security locking and handle choices remain standard throughout the range.

Our exclusive slimline chamfered profile 70mm frame

Liniar have extruded a slimline PVCu sash for a select group of window and door installers in the south. It has an elegant slim sash profile that measures 70mm in comparison to the standard sash profile of 75mm. This slim profile gives larger glass areas and allows more light into your property. Ask your Chase representative about the additional benefits of this profile.

Handle colours

As well as a choice of 10 colours all window handles come complete with key locking for each handle and are matched to ensure that you can use the same key throughout your property.

Design software

Chase Window Company aims to make sure you are entirely happy with the look of your home and your new windows. For that reason we have invested in creating a unique piece of software that allows you to see the final designs of each room or location on screen during our post survey consultation service. There is no additional charge for this, simply call us and we can arrange an informative and unique view into your pending investment.

All Liniar window and door systems are supplied as standard with the latest in secure shoot bolt multi lock technology. Additional hinge bolts can be added as an optional extra.
