This enables us to make detailed service call reports for our service engineer to offer a swift repair or adjustment to your recently purchased investment with Chase Window Company.
Most of our service calls are carried out of charge in the same week or the following day after they are reported as part of our guarantee. A same day service is available in some emergencies, however we can not always promise this service, due to our service engineers availability on the day.
