Conservatories by Chase Window Company can be constructed from timber, uPVC or aluminium, and will comprise thermal and toughened safety glass as standard. We can advise about any type of conservatory, and offer a full design and guaranteed build service. We can also advise you about roof types, roof shading options, and climate control. The full installation will include considerations such as electrics, flooring and window ledges. There are a number of lighting options to choose from.
Timber framed conservatories
We can custom build any shape or size of conservatory using the very best quality treated softwood or hardwood timber. A quality softwood timber frame can be painted in any colour or you may prefer a hardwood frame in its own natural colour. If wood is your preference there are a number of timber options available in a host of styles and designs.
uPVC framed conservatories
The versatility of uPVC means you can select from a number of popular styles or decide to have a custom built installation that best suits your personal taste. Whatever your preference, we can create your dream conservatory exactly how you want it with a roof style to match.
Aluminium framed conservatories
Aluminium offers the added advantages of a lightweight, slim but very strong frame, and with a truly incredible range of colours, it could just be the material of choice. An aluminium conservatory is a great choice also, if sliding or folding doors are preferred over standard doors.
At Chase Window Company we ensure our customers get the conservatory they want without having to consult with different designers, planners, builders, and installers. We can simply take care of everything for you. We can offer sound advice based on our expertise and many years of experience.
Many conservatories can be constructed without planning permission subject to:
Size – Within 70 cubic metres capacity if a detached or semi-detached property, and within 50 cubic metres capacity if a terraced or end terrace property.
Location – Will the conservatory cause loss of light to an adjacent or adjoining neighbouring property?
Previous extensions – Has the property already had an extension built or a loft conversion?
Garage location – Is there a garage within 5 metres of the proposed conservatory?
In general, construction time subject to the level of specification and build size our Conservatories and Orangeries can take between 4 – 8 weeks to complete.
