Chase Window Company has been successfully installing conservatories for many years, and during that time we have built a reputation for providing quality of both workmanship and materials. It goes without saying that reliability is assured from a company you can trust, and depend on, to deliver a full conservatory installation to the standards you might understandably expect.
Our conservatory installation service starts with a free survey and consultation and, where necessary, initial advice about suitability of location is always available. Then as we move to the planning stage we can advise about whether planning permission is required or not. If it is, we are more than happy to provide full information and professional advice at this stage including advice about drawings. The next consideration is the timing and duration of the works.
Timber, uPVC, or aluminium
Assuming planning permission is either not required or will be granted, you can then decide on the style of the conservatory installation, your preferred material for the structure, and any additional features including the internal aspects. Double glazing is standard whether you select timber, uPVC, or aluminium as the main structural component.
Electric lighting and strategically positioned sockets can be installed exactly as you require. We can also take care of the finished floor surface covering, with several options to choose from, or you can arrange for this to be carried out by someone else. Shading is highly recommended and there are several styles, and colours to choose from. You can also decide whether you would prefer manual, remote controlled, or a fully automated operation of shades.
A conservatory installation could be a target for the opportunist intruder, and so with this in mind our conservatory doors and windows are fitted with ABI approved locking mechanisms. Toughened glass is also a standard inclusion, wherever glass meets the external areas of a property.
